Comprehensive Initial Training
Our initial training consists of up to 6 weeks beginning at our flagship location in Miami, Florida. The topics covered include management techniques, human resources, advertising/marketing and public relations, inventory management, food preparation and portion control, pre-opening and closing procedures and much, much more. This initial training will include up to 2 weeks with the franchisee at their location. Additionally, you will receive our comprehensive operations manual, which will be a valuable resource for your ongoing reference.

Ongoing Training & Support
We provide ongoing training, support, on-site visits, internet consultations and regional meetings, as needed. Our management team is also always just a phone call or email away and are here to aid you with any issues or questions that may arise.

Marketing Support
We have made a significant investment in our brand image and materials, and these valuable marketing tools will be readily available to you as a Chilorio's franchisee. You will receive our comprehensive brand guidelines along with online access to our marketing tool kit, which includes pre-designed advertisements, signage, point-of-purchase materials and other marketing elements to help manage your marketing efforts.

The location of your restaurant is a critical piece of the puzzle, and our experienced franchise team will provide you with guidance in market research and the ultimate selection of your location. We will also guide you in the design and layout of your restaurant, particularly the kitchen area, to ensure an attractive and efficient atmosphere.

Logistical Support
Chilorio's has a solid relationship with vendors across the country to aid you in easily ordering your food products and supplies. Additionally, our special recipes can be quickly ordered and shipped to you anywhere in the country.
